Conscious Life Experiment: 30 Days of Awareness. 4 Minute Meditation Day Fourteen.

Wow, we’ve been at this now for two weeks. Thank you all for checking this out and a double thank you to those participating every day. It’s very cool.

“But I don’t wanna click any links Mr. Cosmo….” Well, I understand your trepidation, so here’s the quick breakdown…

1.) An image to perhaps meditate on, or meditate (read: consciously relax) for a few minutes and then look at it and observe what you see.

2.) A word each day. Write down those first flashes you have about it. Those are the truth, or at least a beginning truth. What does the word mean to you? How does it make you feel? See how it shows up in your day. Then, at the end of your evening take a minute to reflect on the word and observe your thoughts.

That’s it. But by becoming aware of what we make words and language mean in our heads, we have awareness and consciousness. We can actually learn to choose how we converse with ourselves. We can choose more empowering paths and thoughts.
